1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Bhardwaj Dental Clinic (bhardwajdentalclinic.com) or scheduling an appointment for dental examination, diagnosis, or clinical procedures, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please contact us for clarification before proceeding with treatment.
2Medical & Clinical Disclaimer
A definitive clinical diagnosis and treatment recommendation can only be established after an in-person physical clinical examination, diagnostic X-rays/scans, and comprehensive evaluation by our registered dental specialists.
3Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations
We respect your time and maintain strict appointment scheduling to eliminate patient waiting times. We kindly ask our patients to extend the same courtesy:
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation slot to complete any preliminary health questionnaire.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify our reception team at least 4 to 6 hours in advance via phone (+91 94244 88558) or WhatsApp.
- For extensive surgical procedures (such as dental implant placement, full mouth rehabilitation, or zygoma implants), prior appointment confirmation is strictly required.
4Transparent Pricing & Payment Terms
Bhardwaj Dental Clinic is committed to 100% price transparency. Prior to commencing any clinical procedure, patients receive an itemized, clear treatment plan outlining the proposed steps, materials, and associated costs.
- "Starting-from" rates displayed on our website represent baseline costs for standard uncomplicated cases; final pricing depends on clinical complexity, bone quality, choice of implant brand, or prosthetic material.
- We accept all major payment modes: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash. 0% EMI financing is available through partner healthcare financing providers.
- All payments are issued with an official clinic receipt for medical records and insurance claims.
5Patient Responsibilities & Informed Consent
Successful dental treatment outcomes rely on mutual cooperation between patient and doctor:
- Patients must disclose an accurate medical history, including cardiac conditions, diabetes, bleeding disorders, pregnancy, or known allergies to local anesthetics and antibiotics.
- Written informed consent is obtained prior to invasive or surgical interventions after explaining expected outcomes, risks, and post-operative protocols.
- Patients agree to follow prescribed post-operative care instructions, medication schedules, and attend scheduled review sessions.

These Terms of Service and any clinical services rendered shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
